Difficulties of social workers helping persons with sever intellectual- and multidisabilities

INV Project aims to develop a special pedagogical model for those professionals, who are working with severe intellectualy disabled persons. 

Currently we are going to collect and prioritize those problems, which the social workers, special pedagogists, care-takers, etc. are facing with during their every-day practice.

One of the problems which often leads to the burnout of the professionals, working with severly disabled young persons is, that their development is too slow, in spite of the large amount of energy and time, that the professional invested into the development and teaching of them.
